Focused tools
Each calculator has a distinct task. We avoid publishing dozens of nearly identical pages just to chase variations of the same search.
A focused collection of free time, work-hour, payroll-time, date, pay-conversion, and business-day utilities designed to give a clear answer without requiring an account.
Work Hours Hub develops and maintains the calculators on this site as one connected utility family. The goal is simple: make common time and work calculations quick to understand, easy to verify, and usable on a phone or desktop.
Each calculator has a distinct task. We avoid publishing dozens of nearly identical pages just to chase variations of the same search.
The core calculator math runs in your browser. That keeps common interactions fast and avoids sending calculator entries to a server for processing.
Editable overtime thresholds, rounding choices, business-week settings, and exclusions are shown instead of being silently assumed.
The site currently focuses on elapsed time, repeated work schedules, time cards, decimal-hour conversion, overtime-pay estimates, business-day math, date differences, calendar date arithmetic, salary/hourly conversion, PTO accrual, lunch-break timing, and biweekly gross-pay estimates. These tools overlap in useful ways, but each solves a different job.
The calculation logic is shared where possible so time parsing, overnight handling, rounding, business-day rules, and overtime math stay consistent across tools. Each calculator goes through repeatable testing and edge-case checks to help ensure accurate calculations. Read the formulas and validation approach on the calculation methodology page.
Work Hours Hub is free to use and may use advertising as a source of income to help support hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and continued calculator development. Advertising does not change the calculator formulas or create an endorsement of an advertised product or service.
Work Hours Hub does not decide which employment law, payroll policy, holiday calendar, contract rule, tax treatment, or legal deadline applies to a particular person. Where those rules vary, the calculator exposes settings or clearly labels the result as an estimate.
Calculator inputs are designed to remain local to your browser for the core calculations. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for aggregate site usage and performance measurement, and privacy-minimized technical error diagnostics help identify broken routes or browser-side failures. The custom error dataset excludes form values, calculator results, URL query strings, IP addresses, and full user-agent strings. See the Privacy page for the current details.
Utility pages should earn trust through clear formulas, transparent assumptions, reliable behavior, and honest limitations. Work Hours Hub identifies the site itself as the publisher rather than inventing credentials or a fictional author.
